Kieron Pollard

Kieron Adrian Pollard (b. 12 May 1987) in Trinidad & Tobago. He played in the 2006 Under-19 Cricket World Cup in Sri Lanka. A right handed allrounder, he scored 126 on his first class debut for Trinidad. Two games later he brought up another century, 117 versus the Leeward Islands. His innings included 6 sixes and he brought up his hundred off just 71 balls. He made an equally impressive start to List A cricket, smashing 87 on his debut, against Guyana. He got off the mark with a 6 and later hit another three of them in a row off left-arm spinner Veerasammy Permaul. He has been named in the West Indie's 15 man squad for the 2007 World Cup.
