Kieron Dwyer (born March 6, 1967) is a comic book artist and penciller.

He is best known for his work on Captain America vol. 1 (1987-1990), Danger Unlimited (on the Torch of Liberty strip) (1994), Action Comics (1995 -1996) and Avengers (vol. 3) (2001-2003).

He was once the step-son of fellow comics creator John Byrne (whom he collaborated with on the Torch of Liberty strip) for a period when Byrne was married to his mother.

In 2000, he was sued by Starbucks Coffee for parodying their famous siren logo within his comic book Lowest Common Denominator and also putting the image on t-shirts, coffee mugs and stickers that he sold on his website and at comic book conventions. Despite assistance from the Comic Book Legal Defense Fund, he lost the case and was forced to comply with the ruling, which allowed him to display the image under the constitutional protection which parody is provided, but he was no longer allowed to sell the image for financial gain.
