Shaolin Temple 2: Kids from Shaolin (Chinese: 少林小子, Shao Lin xiao zi) is a 1983 martial arts film starring Jet Li. The film was directed by Xin yang Zhang.

A former Shaolin monk, Tin Lung, and his younger brother, Yee Lung, raise eight orphans which they saved from being killed by bandits when their villiage was attacked. The children refer to Tin Lung as their father and Yee Lung as their uncle and are taught Shaolin kung fu by them and have taken the last name Lung. The Lung children have often cause trouble and play with the daughters of the Feng family who live a across the river and practice Wudangquan style of sword martial arts. Jet Li plays San Lung, the oldest of the Lung children and likes to cause trouble and flirt with the oldest sister of the Feng family, who is a tom boy. The Shaolin family are saving money in order to pay ten cows to marry a Feng girl. The father of the Feng family, Pao Feng, has tried for many years to have a son, however only managed to have nine daughters. Pao Feng insists that his daughters not marry into the Lung family as he is paranoid they will steal his style of sword fighting. The bandits that orphaned the eight Lung boys have been training for ten years to get revenge for the Shaolin counter attack during their attack on the village. A cross-eyed member of the bandits poses as a priest in the Feng village in order to fool Pao Feng family by tricking him into believing the Lung family is throwing off the yin and yang, making it an impossibility for his wife to give birth to a boy. San Lung attempts to call a truce with the oldest daughter of the Feng family, San Feng, however they end up getting in a fight. The younger Lung and Feng kids have a kung fu competition, which ends when San Feng shows up and chases the kids off. San Lung appears and attempts to call a truce again and wants to combine the Shaolin and Wudang styles. San Feng agrees, but once San Lung has demonstrated the Shaolin style she refuses to perform the Wudang forms. Pao Feng's wife gets her husband to allow the Lung family marry into the Feng family if she gives birth to a boy. His wife does have a boy, however Pao Feng changes his mind after Tin Lung has arrived to reach an agreement for marriage with Tai Feng and Yee Lung has reach an agreement for marriage with Yee Feng. The Lung family leaves empty handed. Shortly after the Lung family shave their heads in a motion to forget women and become Shaolin monks, however Yee Lung does not agree and leaves the family. The priest bandit learns the Wudang style of sword by secretly watching Pao Feng practice. San Lung sneaks into the Feng property at this time, dressed as a female and also watches the Wudang forms. San Lung tells Yee Feng that Yee Lung wants her to run away with him and she agrees. San Feng helps them escape is to be drowned as punishment. When she is put under the water, her family blows on the incense which determine when she can be pulled up. The Feng family quickly blow the incense until it is completely burnt and San Feng's basket is pulled up, however San Lung has helped her escape already. San Lung teaches San Feng the Wudang sword as she hides out in a cave. The rebel who poses as a priest informs Pao Feng where his daughter is and he pursues her then fights San Feng, both using Wudang style. Tin Lung finds the two fighting in the cave and breaks them up. The rebel tricking Pao Feng steals Pao Feng's baby boy and hides him in the cave. Two of the younger Lung boys follow him and fight with him. Yee Lung fights the rebel then San Lung arrives and fights the rebel. Several of the Lung boys arrive at the Feng residence and are thanked until the rebel, posing as a priest, suggests the Lung family kidnapped the baby in the first place. The Lung family moves out of the area and their vacant house is burnt down by the rebel. The band of rebels then attack the Feng residence. The Lung family arrives at the Feng residence and kill the bandits. The film ends as Tin Lung marries Tai Feng and Yee Lung marries Yee Feng.
