Kiama Downs is a coastal suburb of the town Kiama, on the NSW South Coast (approx. 2hrs south of Sydney). Situated about 10min north of the main Kiama township, Kiama Downs is renowned for it's picturesque beaches and beautiful seaside views.

Kiama Downs is in close proximity of Minnamurra and Gainsborough.
