Khyargas, Uvs

Hyargas (Mongolian: Хяргас) is a sum (district) of Uvs Province in western Mongolia.
The sum is named after nearby Lake Khyargas (Хяргас). It is believed to be that Kyrgyz people originated from this lake area, but it is not confirmed.
