Calling someone a "great saint" and "true moralist" etc is a clear breach of WP:NPOV. I am not qualified to rewrite this article as I know nothing about its subject, but the bias seems fairly clear. Truth or otherwise is not the point: NPOV is vital and not negotiable. Loganberry (Talk) 12:27, 10 November 2006 (UTC)
- All Google hits for this person are Wikipedia and its mirrors. Does/did this person even exist? AlexTiefling 12:30, 10 November 2006 (UTC)
Reply: Existence of this personality on the face of the earth is beyond any doubt for those who visited his grave in Hyderabad (India). His biography is in Urdu Language and not yet translated into English. Hence large Number of English speaking people do not know anything about him. The Editors of this page are trying to introduce him to English knowing brethren with the help of wikipedia. User:Dr Ahmed Hambali
- Thank you, Dr Hambali. That's a useful clarification. Would it be possible to revise the existing article to provide clearer use of English, and a closer approach to the Wikipedia Neutral Point of View policy (WP:NPOV)? Many thanks. AlexTiefling 09:55, 23 November 2006 (UTC)
- Further discoveries: There are a few other online references to this alleged person, but all omit the 'w' found in the title of this article. The same editor has put up similar material in Mahbooballah. Propose deleting both as unsourced speculation? AlexTiefling 11:30, 14 November 2006 (UTC)
Reply: The main source of this article is Guldasta-e-Tajalliyat, the biography of Mahbooballah written in Urdu Language, which is available to read online. Khaja is a persian name which can be written in English either with adding "w" after "Kh" or without "w". This is a minor thing and there is no controversy in it. Dr Ahmed Hambali
- In that case, a redirect would seem the obvious answer, so that visitors typing in either name will reach the correct article; we should not have two separate articles with essentially the same content. Loganberry (Talk) 12:38, 23 November 2006 (UTC)
