KHTV-LP is a low-power television station in Inland Empire region of California, owned by the Venture Technologies Group. Transmitting from the Mt. Harvard Radio Site in the San Gabriel mountains. Its city of license is the city of Inland Empire, California. It is an affiliate of Home Shopping Network. Although the station is licensed to channel 48, it has operated via Special Temporary Authority on channel 67 since 2004, having been displaced by KOCE-DT on 48.
KHTV was once the call letters of an unrelated full-power station in Houston, Texas on channel 39. That station has since become KHWB, then KHCW in 2006.
