KHIZ (Channel 64 Analog, Channel 44 Digital) is an Independent television station licensed to Barstow, California, USA, but with studios in Victorville, CA, located between Barstow and San Bernardino. KHIZ airs programming from America One, making it the highest-rated full-power America One affiliate. KHIZ also airs news, home & gardening, sports and shopping programming. KHIZ is under ownership of Sunbelt Television, which has announced that it would sell this station to Multicultural Broadcasting. [1]
KHIZ provides local coverage for the Inland Empire through its "IE LIVE" morning show (live at 7AM weekdays).
KHIZ originally began broadcasting in 1987 as KVVT-TV.
