KHCV is a commercial television station in Seattle, Washington, broadcasting locally on analog channel 45 and digital channel 44 as an affiliate of Jewelry TV, Azteca America, and GameZnFlix Entertainment Channel (GnF-TV), with additional programming from the Shop at Home network. In addition, the station airs childrens' programs and sporting events. KHCV call letters were assigned by the FCC with the contruction permit on October 2, 1989. KHCV signed on the air 10 years later on January 1, 1999 after many c.p. extensions. The station is owned by North Pacific International Television, Inc..

The analog broadcast (UHF 45) is exclusively Azteca America, while the Comcast broadcast of this channel (Channel 15) is a mix of Jewelry TV and Shop at Home content.
