Khalaj language (Iranic)

Khalaj is an Iranian language spoken in northwestern Iran and Republic of Azerbaijan.
It's a northwestern Iranian language and is closely related to Kurdish and Talyshi.
As of 2000 there were about 42000 people in Iran speaking Khalaj as their mother tongue.
This Iranic Khalaj, should not be confused with the Turkic Khalaj spoken in Iran and Afghanistan.
