Khajipalem is a village located near bapatla in guntur district of Andhra Pradesh. A kshatriya dominated village, it has a population of around 1000 people spread over an area of 0.5 sq.km. It is situated 8km(direct distance) from the beach as a result of which cool breezes mesmerize its residents even in hot summers. It's populace are mainly dependent on farming in the lands they have acquired from their ancestors. It is an educational HUB for that area having 2 well established english medium schools and a junior college,government high school, an elimentary school and a telugu medium school in addition to the Degree and PG collge (KVR, KVR & MKR College -www.kvrkvrmkr.com). This college is very famous in Bapatla Taluk which is maintained by Kshatriyas from 1981. It is well known for it's famous temple of lord shiva. Other temples include a temple of Lord Rama, Narasimha swamy and that of village diety ennadamma talli.
