KGFM

KGFM is a FM radio station at 101.5 FM licensed to serve the Bakersfield, California market. The current format is adult contemporary.

KGFM was originally a beautiful music/easy listening station until the summer of 1992, when they abandoned the format due to low revenue as a result of an increasingly older listenership. They went adult contemporary and have mostly stayed in the format although in 2005 a decision was made to emphasize gold product.
