Kevin Donnelly is a fictional character on NBC's The Black Donnellys. He is portrayed by Billy Lush. Kevin is 23 years old.

Kevin thinks he is lucky and he gambles a lot. He has never won a bet in his whole life.
He is known as "The Gambler". When he gambles, his nickname is "L21" so Louie can collect payment. The "L" stands for lucky.
He wears boxers as seen in Season 1, Episode 2.
