Kevin is a character in the animated series South Park. Kevin is in the boys' class. He has spoken on a couple of occasions and is voiced by Matt Stone. Kevin has been seen mainly as a background character. He spoke in the episode Conjoined Fetus Lady where he was revealed to be Chinese-American, and was asked about the Chinese dodgeball players. In the episode The Return of the Lord of the Rings to the Two Towers, while everyone was playing The Lord of the Rings, Kevin was dressed in a Stormtrooper costume, which Cartman noticed. He also spoke in the episode Marjorine where he expressed interest in the movie Juwanna Mann. Kevin is amongst the boys' extended gang (including Timmy, Craig, Clyde, Tweek, Jimmy and Token.) who have been more prominent in recent episodes. Kevin wears a sky blue top with a red collar and has black trousers and black hair which is much like Stan's. His sky blue top explains why in early scripts he was written as "Sky". One of the few students who has been named, Kevin is present in the classroom scenes from the very first episode and accompanied the boys to fourth grade. He is not to be confused with Mephesto's silent companion or Kenny's rarely heard-from brother. In "Conjoined Fetus Lady", it was revealed that his parents are Chinese, although he doesn't bear the "slanted" eyes of the stereotypes seen in that episode. Rather, he has the same set of eyes as the main characters. This supports Chef's speech that same episode that tells the children that race doesn't matter and people shouldn't be made fun of for it. However, he does give liberty to making fun of people on account of nationality.

He is first referred to by name in "An Elephant Makes Love to a Pig" by Mr. Garrison as "Casey", but is referred to by Stan in "Conjoined Fetus Lady" as "Kevin". Since then, he has consistently been referred to as "Kevin". He is a tertiary character who only speaks when some variety is needed and all second-tier characters have been used (Butters, Clyde, Token, Craig, etc). However, he does speak on the bus to China in "Conjoined Fetus Lady", again in "The Return of the Lord of the Rings to the Two Towers" and in "Bebe's Boobs Destroy Society". His voice fluctuates in each of the three episodes. In "Marjorine", he goes back to his original Craig/Clyde-like voice heard in "Conjoined Fetus Lady".

In "My Future Self n' Me", a couple known as the Brooks hire a man vaguely resembling the Kevin character (who has the same sky-blue/red color scheme and hairstyle) to keep their son out of drugs by using him as a "future self" decoy. Although the child is referred to as Kevin, it is unsure if "Kevin Brooks" and Kevin were intended to be the same character (as the show tends to reuse similar-looking models for different characters). Although the actor wears Kevin's colors, the parents don't look Chinese at all.

The writers have also used Kevin as a throwaway name for one-time appearance characters in "Summer Sucks" and "Helen Keller! The Musical".
