Kevin 'Noodles' Wasserman (born February 4, 1963 in Los Angeles, California) is the lead guitarist and backup vocalist for The Offspring. During the band's early days as high school teenagers, he was the school janitor and got in the band because he was the only one who could purchase alcohol legally. [1][2]
He is easily recognised from his black glasses and (currently) dark/gray coloured spiky hair. According to Offspring legend, Kevin's hair started turning grey when he was 18 years old.
[edit] Equipment
Noodles generally plays Ibanez guitars, having two signature models, one with a mock duct tape finish (type NDM1) and another with The Offspring's Conspiracy of One logo with glasses (type NDM2).
In the early days of the Offspring, Noodles played a wider range of guitars, including Fender Telecasters, and Gibson Les Pauls.
He also owns at least one Paul Reed Smith guitar, and at least one Fender Stratocaster.
