Ketil Trout (in Icelandic, Ketil Hæng) is the name of several figures from Nordic folklore:

  1. Ketil Trout of Halogaland was the hero of the legendary Ketils saga hœngs.
  2. Ketil Trout of Namdalen was also the name of a chieftain (regarded as the grandson of the above) of early tenth-century Iceland, a cousin of Skalla-Grímr. Ketil features in Egil's Saga and other works.
