Kerma

Kerma was the capital city of the Kingdom of Kerma, in present day Egypt and Sudan, an archaeological site as old as 5,000 years. It became a real Nubian state during the 2nd millennium BC.
Kerma can also refer to:
- kerma (physics), the sum of the initial kinetic energies of all the charged particles liberated by uncharged ionizing radiation in a sample of matter, divided by the mass of the sample
- the Finnish word kerma, meaning cream
