Kerk Kim Hock, was the fourth Secretary General of the Democratic Action Party, an opposition party in Malaysia.

A mechanical engineer by profession, he was elected in 1986 as the state assemblyman for Durian Daun, Malacca. He was later elected as a Member of Parliament for Pasir Pinji and Kota Melaka in 1990 and 1999 respectively.

He retired from Malaysian politics in March 2004 after losing his seat in the general election that year.
