I don't understand this show. By picking one of the guys, does that mean he is, in a sense, her sexual slave and boyfriend? What is so appealing about winning the contest with an old woman?

^^ well yeah...what else are men useful for nowadays :) I would love to have a kept man myself to look after the house and cook and clean for me. *drool*

[edit] Thoughtless misandric vehemence

--24.222.38.235 21:34, 25 June 2006 (UTC)It's really telling, IMHO, that someone actually wanted to eliminate the "Misandry" article in this encyclopaedia with this show Kept as well as the repugnantly asinine and casually sexist comment like the latter being yet even more examples of the pervasiveness of the problem. If this person, Jerry Hall, has some kind of misandrist axe to grind, I think she should continue throwing darts into the board with Jagger's face on it, and not bring her misandric venom out into the public. I will be searching for criticisms of the misandry in this show from various sources, and I’m thinking of signing up here to add a section about this show’s embedded hatred and contempt toward males (and no worries, I'll be as objective sounding as they come, but I'm pretty sure I can find some criticisms of the show that focus on the misandric aspect). I might stay here to add similar sections in other places that ignore such issues. And for the preceding poster, continue to post your unjustified, thoughtless, misandric vehemence (because it's very transparent, even though you may call it simply "ironic" or "humourous", ha ha), because comments like that, at this point in history, are only going to make the reaction against misandry even stronger.
