Kentucky Route 39, also known as KY 39, is a state highway in the U.S. state of Kentucky. Part of the State Secondary System, it runs South from U.S. Highway 27 in Nicholasville, KY south. It continues as State Route 39 after reaching the Kentucky River where Jessamine, Garrard and Madison Counties meet. However, there is no bridge or ferry at this location, only a boat ramp. It final southern termini is at KY 1247 in Somerset, KY
