Kent Athletic Club

Kent Athletic Club is one of south London's top athletics clubs. It is based at Ladywell track, Lewisham, United Kingdom.

Kent AC has been based in this area of South East London since its formation in 1898 from the almagamation of two older organisations, Lewisham Hare and Hounds, founded in c. 1885 and West Kent Harriers, founded c. 1887.

Nowadays, Kent AC as a few new talent in the A Team,conrad williams,jay thomas, J.mays,and jeffery lawal-bolgan,these four boys is flying the flag for the club. competes on the road, cross country and track & field.

Kent AC also organises the Sidcup 10, a 10 mile road race held annually in February.
