Kenmore High School

Kenmore High School is a public high school in Akron, Ohio. It is 1 of 7 high schools in the Akron Public Schools district. Constructed in 1916, with an addition in 1917 (both razed in 1975). Additions in 1952 and 1955; an almost entirely new school built in 1980. The schools mascot is the Cardinals.
Famous alumni include: Cliff Battles, a football hall of famer who played halfback from 1932-1937 and Donald L. Plusquellic, the longest-serving mayor of Akron.
