Kenji Utsumi

Kenji Utsumi (内海賢二 Utsumi Kenji, born August 26, 1937) is a veteran seiyū who was born in Kitakyushu, Fukuoka. He is married to fellow seiyū Michiko Nomura.
He is most know for the roles of Raou (Fist of the North Star), Senbei Norimaki (Dr. Slump and Arale-chan), Shenlong, Tenkaiichi Budokai Announcer, Recoome (Dragon Ball), Sally's Papa (Sally, the Witch), and Alex Louis Armstrong (Fullmetal Alchemist).
He founded his own voice acting talent agency, Ken Production.
