Kendua Upozila is a town in Netrokona district in the Bangladesh state of Dhaka.

Males constitute 51.36% of the population and females 48.64%., Kendua has an average literacy rate of 56%, higher than the national average of 55%: male literacy is 58%, and female literacy is 54%. In Kendua, 19% of the population is under 6 years of age.
