Ken Reid

Ken Reid (18 December 1919 - 2 February 1987) was a British comic artist and writer. He began his career by drawing 'The Adventures of Fudge the Elf' for the Manchester Evening News from 1938 to 1961 and in 1953 began work at D. C. Thomson & Co. Ltd.

He left DC Thomson for Odhams Press in 1964, and later IPC Magazines from 1969. During this time he drew strips including:
