Detective Constable Ken Drummond was a fictional character in the long-running ITV cop-drama The Bill. He was played by Russell Floyd.

Ken Drummond arrived at Sun Hill in 2002, shortly after the events of The Sun Hill Fire. Standing out amongst all the suits of CID, Ken's trademark atire usually consisted of a tropical-themed Hawaiian shirt. Ken was the man who you'd always see with his feet up on the desk - while some might of politely called his style of policing "relaxed", a more appropriate term would've been "lazy". His domestic life exhausted him - Ken had children spanning almost a generation, with the youngest 8 months and the oldest 19 years, with all of them making equal demands of him, whether or not it be financial or emotional. Somewhere along the line of things, Ken found himelf fall into a second relationship, and he didn't have the heart to break either of them off. When more kids arrived on the scene Ken found it harder to secretly play the family man to both families. This would explain why Ken saw work as a refuge from his hectic home life.

Upon his arrival at Sun Hill, Ken's lazy-man attitude made it's presence felt. Food was always higher on his agenda than policing, and he would often be seen befriending the canteen staff, which he used to get preferential treatment. Ken could still bring in a collar with the best of them however. Ken once made the mistake of spoiling himself when a large sum of unaccounted money mysteriously turned up in his bank account. He later found out it'd been planted there by then-crook DS Phil Hunter, whom used it to hook Ken under his thumb. Forcing him to pay it back, Ken was forced to carry out deeds for him in the meantime, such as trashing the flat of a paedophile. When Ken started moonlighting as a security guard due to this, he was drawn into a serious crime syndicate which ended up with him being shot. Upon finding out while in hospital his son had been kidnapped, Ken immediately went for Hunter.

Ken was always popular among his colleagues, and shared close friendships with both DC Rob Thatcher and DC Jim Carver towards their end of their days. When crazed PCSO Colin Fairfax was dismissed from the Force for his racist attitude, Ken was sent to bring him in to the station. Colin retaliated by handcuffing Ken in a petrol-doused van and crashed it into Sun Hill's front office. He died instantly as the van went up in flames.
