[edit] Shannon Hobbs

There is definitely a model by this name who appeared in Perfect Ten magazine. Does anyone have any verification that the Shannon Hobbs that graduated from Kempner in 1996 and this model are in fact the same person? Has she appeared in any other magazines? A single magazine appearance might not meet wikipedia criteria for notability, but someone appearing in several magazines probably would. Give Peace A Chance 19:17, 3 September 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Shannon Hobbs

I knew Shannon Hobbs personally while I attended Kempner. Those pictures are definitely her. I have to disagree with Give Peace A Chance that only one magazine cover does not qualify her as a notable alumni. In my most humblest of opinions I think her success as a model makes her just as notable as an NFL player who has only played for one team (Billy Austin) or for a singer who only has one album (James Fortune). Shannon graduated in 1996 and was known by many people (open a year book or try posting on myspace under the Kempner Alumni page and ask the c/o 1995 & 1996). The Electric Kool-Aid Acid Test

[edit] James Fortune

James Fortune qualifies as "Notable Alumni" for the sake of Wiki. Please do not remove him as his entry is not vandalism and was not intended as a joke. His accomplishments are worthy of acknowledgement by the Wiki community. The Electric Kool-Aid Acid Test 15:32, 20 December 2006 (UTC)
