Kemundel

Kemundel (Kemundelu) is a place on Udupi (Udipi or Odipu) taluk of Karnataka, India. It is near to Yellur and Admar. The people of this place are likely to be displaced by proposed Nagarjuna thermal power (coal based) project at Nandikur. The beauty of this place with lush paddy fields surrounded by thick dense forests may be lost forever.
