Kempston Rural is a civil parish in the Bedford district of Bedfordshire, England. It is to the west of the town of Kempston. The parish was formed in 1896 when the old parish of Kempston was split into two parts - Kempston urban district and Kempston Rural parish.

The parish includes the small settlements of Gibraltar, Green End, Kempston West End, and Kempston Church End.

Kempston Hall is situated within the parish.
