[edit] Flags on references

Hello Kelly,

I like the entry on Rubidium chloride. Nice job. I've got there, though, examining the links to biomarker, an entry that, of course, is necessary but a bit messy right now. I may put a bit of work on it soon.

My comment is on the addition of nationalities to the scientific references in the Rubidium chloride entry. I do not think that this is a good idea for practical reasons (many scientific collaborations are international, what would you do with an article published by scientists from multiple countries?) and for ideological reasons (science should be an international enterprise where knowledge is not attached - too much - to particular nations). Shall we remove those nationality tags?

Thanks for your comments on the rubidium chloride entry. I do agree with the idea that scientific knowledge need not be tagged by country in every situation... and must admit that the flags were a bit of a novelty. It is interesting to see where the information comes from but not quite necessary in this setting. And as for the biomarkers entry, it would definitely be nice to see tightening and additions - but I'm not too familiar with this area. --Kelly Kohnen 04:49, 27 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Flags etc - thanks

Hi Kelly, Thanks for following my suggestion. I agree that the flags in the companies make some sense. I'll try working on the biomarker thing soon.Miguel Andrade 02:15, 29 March 2006 (UTC)
