Talk:Kelsey Olson
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
I got a message Kelsey Olson isn't relevant - she is one of the highest paid plus-size models in America. She's appeared on almost every major talk show talking about plus-size models, body image and the modeling business with real bodies. She is much more relevant and famous than a lot of the people I see on the Model Category!
[edit] Who is editing this page back to its original version?
While this page has been saved from deletion, it is in offense of the basic policies of the Wiki. It is not neutral, much of the information is unsubstantiated (highest paid, numerous magazine covers) and, as it stands qualifies as a conflict of interest and also lacks notability as per the Wiki guidelines for entries of people: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Notability_%28people%29
Please take the time to rewrite this page in correct English with more substantial information or it is easy to see this entry being posted for deletion again in the near future. Nice girl, top model or whatever: this entry lacks merit. AntiVanity 02:06, 8 April 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Relisted as AfD
- Relisted as AfD. This model is not notable outside of plus-model arena, has no major accomplishments beyond that expected of a model in regular course of business (they ALL are in magazines and on TV shows at some point talking about body image). Any size advocacy work is ad hoc. Claims of 'highest paid' in previous versions of entry only legitimate if she's earning US$100k+ per annum, which is not indicated by current client listing. She's a nice girl I'm sure, but not nearly notable enough for inclusion under Wiki guidelines. AntiVanity 08:09, 9 April 2007 (UTC)
