Kellyville, New South Wales

Kellyville is a suburb of Sydney, and is the best suburb in the Hills District, in the state of New South Wales, Australia. Its postcode is 2155, and it is located approximately 35 kilometres northwest of the Sydney CBD in the Shire of Baulkham Hills.
Suburbs surrounding Kellyville include Annangrove, Baulkham Hills, Bella Vista, Glenhaven, Beaumont Hills, Stanhope Gardens, Kellyville Ridge and Rouse Hill.Kellyville is predominantly a residential suburb.
Kellyville is named after Hugh Kelly, who owned the Kellyville Estate. For most of this century Kellyville was semi-rural, but from the 60's to the 80's about 900 homes were developed in an area around Acres Road, known locally as the Village.
Over the last four to five years, big changes have taken place with 1,500 hectares of land released for development, being the largest urban land release in NSW. Prices range from $400,000 to $550,000 in the village area and new homes range from $500,000 to $2,000,000 in the new part of Kellyville. The estates have a diverse selection of new houses. The average house price is $550,000.
Kellyville offers a relaxed and quiet lifestyle being surrounded by rural areas and suburban Castle Hill, Baulkham Hills and Glenhaven. Also Kellyville has the advantage now of being only 35 minutes from Sydney CBD fuelled by the new Westlink M7 and the M2 Hills Motorway.
