Kelly Timmons (born 1984) is an illustrator and comic book artist born in Ormond Beach, Florida, United States. She sometimes goes by the pseudonym "Keltoi."
She was first featured on the cover of the literary magazine, Litmus in 2005 at University of Central Florida. She went on to illustrate most of the artwork in another literary magazine, The Cypress Dome. She is also a co-founder of the literary zine called "done," which often features her work.
She is currently a student at The University of Central Florida.
She lives in Orlando, Florida.
