Kelly Evelyn Manison (Born February 23, 1967 in Houston, Texas) is a voice actress for ADV Films. She has featured in almost seventy films and television programmes. She is well known as the voice of Naga the Serpent in the Slayers films and OVAs, as well as the voice of Eckart in the Fullmetal Alchemist Movie, as well as Linna Yamazaki in Bubblegum Crisis Tokyo 2040.
