Kelly Lochbaum (born on April 3, 1973 in White Rock, British Columbia) is a Canadian Football League linebacker for the British Columbia Lions.

Lochbaum attended W.J. Mouat High School in Abbotsford, British Columbia, and as a senior, was named the School's Athlete of the Year.
