Kelly Cramer Buchanan Buchanan is a fictional character on the long-running daytime soap opera One Life To Live. Kelly was originated in 1995 by Gina Tognoni, who portrayed the role until 2001. Kelly became an heiress to the Armitage fortune and used the money for philanthropy. The character returned in July 2003 portrayed by Tracy Lindsey Melchior, only to be replaced by Heather Tom from December 2003 until December 14, 2006.
