One Tuesday April 4th Keithsolutepunk.net[2]was launched after a few days of posts on Absolutepunk.net boards by a user Keith Horn. Horn made several users names(originally ranging from Keith_Horn all the way to Keith_Horn_XVII) making scenes and scenarios about site owner Jason Tate. The scenarios would put Horn in a dominating position over Tate, usually making Tate seem has an evil villian and coward that Horn was trying to overthrow. Each time Horn did this he was immediately banned from Absolutepunk.net and made another username. Horn would threaten that he would make a website of his own and write CD Reviews(which the majority of people took as a complete bluff on Horn's part). Most people didn't apperciate their boards being spammed by such nonsense, but many seen the reasoning behind it all and took a likeing to Keith Horn. Horn's purpose was to help people get away from the biased reviews of Absolutepunk.net. Many have followed onto Keithsolutepunk.net[3] and have begun working with Keith Horn.

[edit] The Infamous Phone Call Post

Horn's most popular Jason Tate post was made under the username "Keith_Horn_XV" where he has Tate admitting defeat. A lot of people that were againist Horn up to this point even found humor in Horn making Tate bark like a dog at the end(something Horn would do again only making Tate meow like a cat).

[edit] Other Fan Favorites

Fans of Keith Horn and people that were not fans of Keith Horn also found humor in Keith refering to Absolutepunk.net staff member Ryan Imhof as Jack Imhof. Another pleasing moment was Horn refering to Jon Foucart as Jon Mariocart. Horn says he will continue to think of nicknames for every AP staff member. However, Keith Horn likes finding nicknames for himself. Unfortunatly, Keith Horn has not thought of one for himself because Keith is not smart enough or creative enough to do so.

While trying to track down Horn's IP address Tate accidently IP Banned a long time member of the AP message boards(ghostyouare) when he made a Keith Horn username as a joke. Request were made to get him unbanned and Tate refused, further making himself appear as the bad guy. As Tate basically put it, if you dress yourself as a banning candiate, you're going to get banned. (not a direct quote)
