Keiwan Jevar Ratliff (born April 19, 1981 in Youngstown, Ohio) is an American football cornerback and punt returner for the Cincinnati Bengals of the NFL. He attended the University of Florida. During his time with Gators, he set a school record for punt return yards(860), interceptions in a season (9), and interceptions in a single game (3). In 2003, he made made the College Football All-America Team and won SEC defensive player of the year honors.[1]
In 2004 he was drafted in the 2nd round by the Cincinnati Bengals. He is currently one of the team's top cornerbacks. He also returns punts. His best season was in 2005, when he intercepted 3 passes and recovered a fumble.
