Rev. Williams had made many contributions to theology, psychology, literature, and counseling.

In the theology arena, Williams made several contribution to the work of the Christian ministry. In 2003, Rev. Williams established Great I Am Ministries Outreach International, to spread joy and happiness to people worldwide. Great I Am Ministries is a Christ-centered, evangelical, ministry of helps wit the mission to going throughout the world to preach the gospel and help the needy, the lack, and the poor. The Works' a local television program in Lynchburg formed in May 2006, became the most watch cable access show in the city's history. The radio edition of The Works was started in 2004 carrying the same passion and zeal to preach the gospel. Both shows will be awarded new seasons in stations in the Greater Washington DC area. Rev. Williams' most popular sermons including No Appointment Necessary, Finding Comfort in the Dark, America Bless God, and Hope for Despair.

In the psychology arena, Williams' opposition to therapy theories such as the feminist theory, the realist theory, and existential therapy made way for the nouthetic-biblical theory, a concept that combined the ideas of Jay Adams' Nouthetic Counseling and Larry Crabb's Cognitive Biblical Theory. Williams believed that it's time for theorists, therapists, and counselors should come together to help form a integrated theory of counseling and psychothearpy. Nouthetic-biblical therapy was developed by Williams as a quasi-experimental theory to address issues faced by both men and women, Christian and non-Christian alike. Williams hoped that techniques and concepts from other theories can begin a reveloution of finding one systematic approach to counseling and psychotherapy.

In the literary arena, Williams published several books including The True Experience, Vol. 1 (a collection of self-disclsed poems dealing with 12 years of inner struggles), Spirit Led, Spirit Fed (co-authored sermons for ministers and pastors), Yesterday's Letters (a historical poetry account of Williams' relationship with his current wife, Sheona), and Lessons for Life (co-authored a personal account on the Bible's fruit of the spirit). Since 1991, Williams has used poetry as a way to express deep thoughts and feelings when no one wanted to listen. He began to address many issues through his life including love, relationships, emotions, life struggles, marriage, and spirituality. From falling in love by an old oak tree to dealing with married life, Williams was determined to make his voice heard. His voice became popular not by spoken word, but by written word. Even thought most of his poetry was lost, Williams continued to write a new generation of poetry, highlighting new challenges and trials he believed he would overcome. Other memorable poems are My Broken Heart (1992), A Little Romance In My Life (1992), How Must I Come To Love Thee (1993), A Quest to Love, a Love to Quest, Part I and II (1994), Delilah In an Unknown Place (1995), Sad and Worried (1997), The Tulip Song (1998) Celebrate Love (1999), Celebrate More Love (2001), Get the Word, Get the Wealth (2002), The Messenger That Doesn't Speak (2003), and I Must Tell Jesus (2005). Now, Williams combined a few old literary selections with prose from the past two years into a books that make people think, dream, and aspire. Why Williams concluded that everything written in the book is his true expression of how he real felt about his inner struggles. Williams believes that through his faith in God, he will have the strength to continue the journey to the city of golden streets. In that place, he may continue to write, but for a difference audience.
