Keith Hill (born Bolton, May 17, 1969) is an English former footballer, currently manager of Rochdale. As a player, Hill was a central defender, beginning his career with Blackburn Rovers, moving on to Plymouth Argyle in 1992 in a joint deal with Craig Skinner, with Nicky Marker moving in the opposite direction.

Hill spent four years with Plymouth, moving on to Rochdale in 1996. After five years at Spotland he joined Cheltenham Town, but he only spent a year there, playing only five games, punctuated by a two month loan with Wrexham. He spent a year with Conference side Morecambe, before retiring in 2003.

After his retirement from the game, Hill joined the Rochdale coaching staff. He held the position as Director of Youth, before being appointed caretaker manager on December 17, 2006, following the sacking of Steve Parkin[1] and was given the job permanently on January 3, 2007[2].
