Keith W.K. Burge was a Welsh football referee. He may go down in history at the last referee based in Wales (Tonypandy) to referee in the Premier and Football Leagues. He was appointed to the Football League in 1986 - again the last Welsh referee elevated to the list - and had a long career before his retirement in 1999. He made his debut in the Premier League in early 1993 and thereafter retained his place for his final six seasons. He was a Welsh FIFA official until 1995 when he reached the international retirement age of forty five.
