Keimyung University in South Korea has two campuses, one in central Daegu, in Daemyeong-dong, and one on the western outskirts of town in Seongseo.
The central campus is older. A Christian university, Keimyung's old campus looks like an old-school American university with ivy covered brick buildings and white pillars at the entrances to halls. The newer campus was also laid out with aesthetics in mind, but the trees are still small. It has only been in operation since about 1995.
Keimyung has a thriving Taekwondo program.[neutrality disputed]
