Keane (film)

Keane is a 2004 film written and directed by Lodge Kerrigan.

In it, Damian Lewis plays a schizophrenic man named William Keane who is grieving over the kidnapping of his six-year-old daughter Sophie, the details of which are never revealed. He begins to make friends with a woman (Lynne, played by Amy Ryan) with a daughter (Kira, played by Abigail Breslin) who is roughly the same age as his missing daughter. However, the relationship between him and the family begins to take turns towards the disturbing.
