Ke Bineng the King of Xianbei country in Liao Dong. At the request of Cao Pi, Bineng led 100,000 Qiang soldiers to attack that of Xi Ping Gate. However, when Ma Chao led a certain army to defend the gate, Bineng became very afraid and fled without fighting at all.

Following the reign of Cao Rui, Ke Bineng allied with his previous enemy Bu Dugen to start a revolt against Wei. The revolt was soon suppressed and Bu Dugen was slain by Ke Bineng
