The spanish offset is not illegal, as I often use one at NAC competitions. I have reverted your edit, pending proof that it is in fact illegal, or I am barred from using it at an NAC or other major competition.--digital_me(Talk)(Contribs) 20:10, 9 May 2006 (UTC)
