KCIM, known as "1380 KCIM," is an AM radio station based in Carroll, Iowa. The station plays Classic Hits, along with providing news and farm information. KCIM is part of Carroll Broadcasting, along with KKRL, Local Cable Access "10TV", and KIKD.

KCIM-AM signed on in 1950 the ownership of the Carroll Broadcasting, Owners of KCIM, and KIKD. At The Time, KCIM was the first radio station owned by Carroll Broadcasting.

KCIM's current has a morning person Wes Treadway. Other current personalities (as of February 2006) include Bob Grote, Kristen Campisi, and local news & sports director Jeff Blankman. The station has shows dedicated to Big Band Era, KCIM has also been the home for Iowa State sports, and Cubs Baseball.
