KCII-FM is the junior signal in the combo station KCII (AM)/FM. The frequency of KCII-FM is 106.1 mHz. KCII-FM is based in Washington, Iowa, 30 minutes south of Iowa City. Its signal was instituted in the 1970s after KCII (AM) 1380 was first started in 1961.
