KCFX-FM is a classic rock station in Kansas City, Missouri. Playing album rock since its inception in the 1970s, they were originally called KIEE until they changed to KCFX on December 21, 1983. In 1990, they swapped frequencies with KMZU in Carrolton, jumping from 100.7 MHz to 101.1.

The Fox, since 1991, is the flagship station for the Kansas City Chiefs of the National Football League. It is believed to be the first FM music station to carry an NFL team's play-by-play.

The station carried The Bob & Tom Show from March 13, 2006 to February 9, 2007 as its morning drive program. The eventual replacement will mark the tenth morning show in the last twelve years at KCFX.
