KBPS-FM All Classical 89.9 is Portland, Oregon’s only classical radio station. Established in 1983, All Classical 89.9's mission is to provide classical music and fine arts information to listeners in Northwest Oregon, Southwest Washington and the world via the internet.

KQHR 90.1FM rebroadcasts the KBPS signal for the Hood River, OR area since November 2001. Later in 2007 KBPS expects to begin broadcasting in Lincoln City, OR on the Oregon Coast, as well.

KBPS and KQHR rely on listener contributions, which provide over 68% of their budget. They also receive financial support from local businesses and arts organizations that underwrite their programming through on-air sponsorships. Additionally, a small portion of their annual budget comes from various foundation grants and from the Corporation for Public Broadcasting.

KBPS is owned by KBPS Public Radio Foundation, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to preserving classical music radio and radio broadcast education in Portland.
