Kazuyuki Toda (戸田和幸; born 30 December 1977 in Tokyo, Japan) is a Japanese football (soccer) player who has played for Tokyo Verdy 1969 of the J. League. From 1996 until 2004, Toda played for Shimizu S-Pulse, also of the J. League, spending a brief time at Tottenham Hotspur on loan in the 2003-04 English season. He also played for Eredivisie side ADO Den Haag in 2004.

He played in 1997 FIFA World Youth Championship, 2000 Olympic football tournament and the 2002 FIFA World Cup for Japan.

Following Verdy's relegation into the second tier of domestic football, the J2, Toda was one of a clutch of players who left the famous greens.

He now plies his trade with Sanfrecce Hiroshima, where he plays alongside current/former internationals such as Takashi Shimoda, Yuichi Komano and Hisato Sato.
